Traditionally there have been two channels to recruit new staff within the entertainment technology industry – advertising in the trade press and using a specialist recruitment consultancy such as Taylor-Phillips. With our experience in the industry we are now able to draw on our links with Entertainment Technology Press to offer a new innovative service at three levels, forming a bridge between the traditional recruitment channels.
The TP Advertising Service
We recognise that some clients may wish to use the extensive contacts and large candidate database that ETP has developed in the industry through its publications. We have, therefore, developed the Basic Service which allows clients to include their jobs in all Taylor-Phillips advertising, on the TP website, the jobs section of the Etnow.com website, ET Express and all printed advertising. All applications received are forwarded on to you. The cost of this service is £200 per job per month (£150 for etnow.com subscribers).
The TP Premium Service
TP has a large database of existing candidates. The Premium Service includes the full TP Advertising Service and in addition we will notify all existing candidates from our database of over 1000 immediately by email of the new position. All applications received are forwarded to you. This costs £485 per job which includes 3 months advertising listings.
The Full TP Service

We analyse our database for likely candidates, vet all applications for suitability and only forward those who meet your criteria.
